Please bring a government-issued photo ID with you to events.

Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis. All bags, jackets, and guests may be subject to search upon entering the facility.


Prohibited for Security Reasons

• Large bags or backpacks. One small bag only per person is permitted inside the venue, and strict security protocol applies upon arrival. Please
make alternative arrangements for your luggage prior to attending.
• Pets, with the exception of service animals
• Weapons of any kind
• Strollers or baby seats may not be taken into the stands or left in section entrances.


Ordained Monks and Nuns

Ordained monks and nuns can attend free of charge. To qualify for free monastic admission, you must provide a supporting letter from your temple or monastery.

Picture ID will be prepared for your attendance at events. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO UPLOAD a recent photograph with your face clearly visible (passport-type pictures are best).


Dress Code for Lay Participants

All prayer participants must dress in white top.  Please ensure no revealing and/or see-through garments for both men and women.  If you do not have a white top on the day of attendance, you will be requested to make a purchase of white Monlam tee at the gift store.



Events are wheelchair accessible.  All person with disabilities and caretakers holding valid tickets are welcomed to the events.



Children under the age of two years may sit on a parent’s lap; tickets are mandatory for all others.



English and Chinese translations will be provided for most events.



No photo, audio or video recording of any type is permitted during events.
